Mr. Ayub Khan FCA is the Founder of KHAN Ayub, Chartered Accountants. He has experience in auditing, financial management, taxation, feasibility analysis, and consultancy services for manufacturing companies, financial institutions including banks, non-government organizations, and foreign-aided projects. Mr. Khan completed his Articleship from Ahamed Shahid Et Co, Chartered Accountants. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in 2002. Prior to founding KHAII Ayub Chartered Accountants, Mr. Khan was an audit manager at ACIIABIII, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Khan is also a member of the faculty of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and deliver lectures for the students of the Chartered Accountancy profession of Bangladesh for a long time. Mr. Khan also serves on the Board of Directors of Debonair Group and Shikarpur Horticulture Ltd.

Mr. Towfiqul Islam FCA is a Partner at KHAN Ayub, Chartered Accountants. He has experience in auditing, financial management, taxation, feasibility analysis, and consultancy services for manufacturing companies, financial institutions including banks, non-government organizations, and foreign-aided projects. Ms. Islam completed his articleship from Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in 1991. He gained a Fellowship of ICAB in 1996.Mr. Islam was also a partner at Atikur Rahman & Co. Prior to that he served as an Audit Manager at Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co. and ACNABIN, Chartered Accountants. He had also worked as an Accountant at KDH Laboratories and Panther Textiles Ltd. In addition, Mr. Islam was also among the Board of Trustees of Mohammadpur Preparatory School.

Mr. Kazi Julfikar Hasan Razib is a Director at KHAN Ayub, Chartered Accountants. He has experience in auditing, financial management. taxation, feasibility analysis, and consultancy services for manufacturing companies, financial institutions including banks, non-government organizations, and foreign-aided projects. Mr. Julfikar completed his articleship from Saha Mazumder £t Co. in 2009. He qualified as an Income Tax Practitioner from the National Board of Revenue (118R) in 2008. He completed his Professional Stage Knowledge Level successfully from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in 2012. Mr. Julfikar was appointed as a Manager at KHAN Ayub, Chartered Accountants in 2009.

Muhammad Mujtahid Ploor is an Associate Director at KHAN Ayub, Chartered Accountants. He has experience in audit and consulting services for various types of clients under the category of manufacturing companies, NGOs, etc. Mr. Iloor has a BSc in Applied Accounting from Heriot-Watt University. He qualified for examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in July 2017. Mr. Hoor served as Assistant Manager at Bari Pear Shafiq Khan, Chartered Accountants. He also served as a Tax Accountant at Baker Tilly Swindon and as Insolvency Specialist in Hilton Consulting Limited. Mr. Iloor also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Debonair Padding & Quilting Solution Limited (DPQSL) as a director.
